Taos Pines Ranch Property Owners Association (TPR POA)

The TPR POA brings property owners together to strengthen our shared community, protect our natural environment, and accomplish what we couldn’t achieve individually. Whether you're a full-time resident, part-time visitor, or living across the country, you are part of a connected and engaged network of owners working to support and enhance Taos Pines Ranch.

Our official website serves as a window into the community, providing access to important POA documents, project updates, and helpful resources for members and prospective owners. It also links directly to our secure HOA Express community portal, where members can manage their accounts, view calendars, make online payments, and stay informed.

In addition, we maintain a private, members-only Facebook group, designed to support real-time conversations among owners. This interactive space allows members to share photos and videos, post announcements, ask questions, and communicate directly with the Board and one another.

The Association is guided by an elected Board of Directors and officers, with Directors appointed to serve on standing committees that focus on governance, architecture, roads, forest health, and more. These committees play a vital role in maintaining and improving life at TPR while ensuring thoughtful stewardship of our land and resources.
